We were thrilled to invite the community to our first annual Métis Festival on September 11, 2021. Thank you to all the community members and stakeholders that took time to come and celebrate Métis heritage and culture with the Willow Lake Métis nation team. 

We spent time at the Anzac Recreation Centre jigging, singing, and fiddling. We enjoyed the traditional dress and moose calling competition (congratulations to our winners!) and we had a fantastic crib and horseshoe tournament. 

Rockin Fiddles was the perfect entertainment for the day and kept our spirits high. We're looking forward to next year!
