Willow Lake Métis Nation is continuously looking for ways to improve, while operating with integrity and through transparent operations. We look to implement smart policies, procedures, and practices that will benefit our Nation and Citizens.

We continually focus on maintaining our connection to our homeland, our people, and our culture. As a Nation we purposely conduct ourselves in a manner that ensures the preservation and continued practice of our rich Métis culture.

Maintaining our connections with the land continues to be at the center of everything we do as a Nation. We are committed to observing, documenting, analyzing, and acting in support of this connection.

WLMN continually drives towards the promotion of our cultural, economic, political, and social development. We prioritize telling the stories of the Métis peoples of Willow Lake. Government relations activities are continuous as we ensure we have a voice and seat at key tables.

Willow Lake Métis Nation continues to work with strong industry partners in a responsible manner to strategize and come to mutually beneficial outcomes including, economic development, protection of the environment, ensuring a sustainable future for the Nation, and protecting the rights of the Willow Lake Métis. 

We are fortunate to have several partners that invest their time and resources to aid our organization. We have created a platform for open dialogue and support for mutually beneficial relationships.
